Beyond Hand Cleaning - Private Reserve Ink™ ZERO is a luxury professional hand ink remover with 100% natural silica microspheres. The advanced cosmetic grade formula is powerful, solvent-free and gentle on the skin. The product’s light and creamy texture effectively washes away ink from hands while simultaneously exfoliating and leaving skin smooth, soft and radiant-looking. Each use leaves your hands feeling refreshed with a pleasant and delicate scent.
Directions: Apply generously and evenly on dry hands, work in well to loosen ink, mix with a small amount of water (for stubborn stains, soap can be added), rub, rinse and dry hands. Repeat as needed.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not ingest. Stop using if skin irritation develops. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a poison center 1 (800) 222-1222 or seek medical advice.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry area, tightly closed with a temperature between 5 C (41 F) and 25 C (77 F). Protect from extreme temperature.

The delivery date will be determined by your UPS or USPS tracking number. If you wish to return an item within the fourteen (14) days allowed, please ensure the item is in new condition and has all original packaging that were shipped with your order.

Pen Place will return your communication to approve or disapprove return of the item. If the return is due to the wrong product being shipped, Pen Place will send and pay for a return label. Otherwise, the customer will pay for and supply the return label. Refunds will be processed when the item is received at Pen Place. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made an error in the order. Items that have been engraved cannot be returned unless their was a misspelling of the name. If an item is returned, but is not in new condition, the item will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns.
