Each Strata™ is carefully machined to perfection before it is coated in high-quality metallic lacquer. Hand assembled with polished chrome accents and completed with a 3 tiered cap-top for a unique and stunning finish. The long, sweeping clip is easy to use and
adorned with the famous Monteverde USA® mountains logo along the top, while the end of the cap-top displays the same logo encapsulated in black resin for contrast. The fountain pen has a screw-cap mechanisium protecting the nib. The twist-action of the ballpoint unveils the refill tip. Hand polished, the Strata™ collection is available in a selection of rich metallic sheens; Turquoise, Blue, Red, or glossy Black. Slim and sleek, this collection is ideal for travel or as a daily writer, fitting beautifully in agendas and organizers. The fountain pen’s stainless steel nib is available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, and Stub sizes, and uses a threaded ink converter or ink cartridge (included). Fountain pen fills with standard international ink cartridges and ballpoint accepts P1 and P4 refills. Each Strata™ pen is housed in a newly designed slim gift box.
We have a hassle-free return policy at Pen Place which allows you to return any non-personalized item, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. The delivery date will be determined by your UPS or USPS tracking number. If you wish to return an item within the fourteen (14) days allowed, please ensure the item is in new condition and has all original packaging that were shipped with your order.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at contact@penplace.com or call us at 816-474-7500 and state why you would like to return the item. Pen Place will return your communication to approve or disapprove return of the item. If the return is due to the wrong product being shipped, Pen Place will send and pay for a return label. Otherwise, the customer will pay for and supply the return label. Refunds will be processed when the item is received at Pen Place. The customer will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account they paid with and will be the next day after the item is received by Pen Place. Returns will be shipped back to:

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made an error in the order. Items that have been engraved cannot be returned unless their was a misspelling of the name. If an item is returned, but is not in new condition, the item will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns.
